GREAT SET OF  FOUR GEORGIA CHAIRS

This is a great set of four continuous arm windsors made by the Hannon family of chair makers in Cave Springs Georgia. The chairs have wonderful shaped seats and perfect splay to make them the most confortable chair you have sat on at a table. 

These were purchased with the knowledge they had come from a owners house and were a highly crafted matched set. they are all branded under the seats and were reported to of been made in the 1970"s.

Tennessee farm table original paint !

This is a great Tennessee farm table with a nice two board top. The seating height is 23 3/4" with a total height of 29". The table is self is just under 6' but sits like a longer table because of the long base, which makes it easy to seat eight.



Georgia Walnut Drop Leaf table- Athens Area 1820- 1840 

Purchased from the great great granddaughter of the original owner. Constructed of walnut primary, and heart pine secondary wood. Nice delicate ring turnings similar to other tables from the Athens area.  The leaves are long enough that open the table can seat 6 to 8 people.  $2200.00


Southern dish top candle-stand 1795

Great Southern dish tilt-top candle stand circa 1795 This is a great stand in very good proportions. The top is a well formed turned dish, set on a delicate vase shaped pedestal. The well formed snake feet make for a very good combination. This stand retains a very old reddish surface. nicely alligatored. One leg may be a very old replacement.  Price; 1295.00 


GREAT GEORGIA HUNTBOARD
OLD RED PAINT !

scrubbed heart pine worn smooth from years of use.This huntboard was found in Bartow County Georgia in seven coats of Paint !
The top coat was a lime green over white,brown, white, blue white then red.
This great piece was a labor of love to
carefully remove all the top layers to reveal the original red wash. even the pulls are original to the piece. The top is the
beautiful

The size is 37 1/2" tall, 43 3/4" wide, and 21 1/4" deep.

BEST SUMMERVILLE GEORGIA 1850 WORK/EATING TABLE

This is a wonderful eating table found directly from the family in Summerville Georgia area. Made of Southern heart pine and drawer rails of poplar. The table also features a two board 41 1/2" top with rounded corners.


The table still retains its black original finish. This table is all pegged , mortise and tenon construction. All four legs are turned with two sets of ringlets one near the apron and one near the foot. The table is 31" tall ,41 1/2" wide and 29 1/2" deep. Easily seats four and six people is possible.

TENNESSEE CHERRY CORNER CUPBOARD

 

This is a wonderful tall thin corner cupboard made and found in Tennessee circa 1810. The cupboard is all cherry primary wood with poplar
secondary wood. The cupboard is made of two eight panes of glass each doors on top and two blind doors on the bottom.The size is a nice 88" tall x 41" wide. Price 6800.00






TENNESSEE FOLK ART CLOCK SHELF
